Megan Drevline is a 200 Hour-RYT through Yoga Alliance with experience teaching Vinyasa, children’s classes and chair yoga. She has been a Village of Kohler resident since 2005. She believes yoga and mindfulness practices can offer individuals of ALL ages a chance to find peace and contentment in ALL places.
“Yoga and Mindfulness Camp” will be a fun adventure and engaging way to explore the basics of yoga through traditional poses, relaxation activities and breath work.
We will use journaling, mandalas, art and an exploration of our 5 senses to learn more about ourselves while also building trust and mutual respect for each other through exciting and interesting partner poses and self-made sequences.
