Develop the skills for Springboard Diving. Beginners will learn the basics of diving including stretching, proper body alignment and water entries. Advanced will build on beginner skills and prepare to advance toward competitive dive skills. There will be an Exhibition day for family.

Dryland/Acrobatic Skills Camp
Development of acrobatic skills for springboard dive. This camp will work on safety and skill development in the gym with a trampoline and other equipment. The goal is to build skills and confidence.
Grades 8-12
Mondays 3:30-5pm

Grades 5-12
Beginning Diver Mondays & Tuesdays 3:30-4:30pm: this class will cover safety, etiquette, diving rules, approaches and diving positions. The goal is to build skills and confidence while having fun.
Advanced Diver Wednesdays & Thursdays 3:30-5pm: this class will build on the skills learned in beginning diver while preparing to advance to competitive dive skills. (To qualify for this class you must demonstrate skills from the beginner course.)
Cost $75 residents/$90 non-residents (limit 10)

SUMMER SESSION
Develop the skills for Spring Board Diving. Beginners will learn the basics of diving including stretching techniques, proper body alignment, body position as well as how to properly enter the water both head and feet first.
*Participants must be able to swim the width of the pool.
Grades 5-12
$85 residents/$100 non-residents (limit 10)
June 14-July 29 , 2021; meet Mondays & Wednesdays for dry land; Tuesdays & Thursdays for pool and diving board

9th-12th Grade (2021/2022 school year): This class is intended for High School Divers. Begins June 18 – July 30. Fridays 8-9am & 11am-1pm dry land sessions; 9-11am & 1-2pm pool/board sessions, don’t need to attend all four sessions. Cost $85 residents/$100 non-residents.
